  1. Can I make purchases without a Choral Tracks Membership?
    1. Not at this time.
  2. Can I buy a single title, or multiple titles, using various methods of payment?
    1. Yes, we accept most major credit cards, checks, and purchase orders. Credits are only available with our Premium Membership plans.
  3. How do I report a problem with my download?
    1. If you are experiencing a technical difficulty retrieving your download, or playing it on your device, please call us at 1-855-452-4647. You can also send an email to info@choraltracks.com, or fill out our Support Request form. Please be sure to include your name, telephone number, order number (if available), and details of the download issue. It is our goal to respond to all email correspondence within 24 to 48 hours. Purchases on rehearsal tracks downloads are considered final.
  4. How do I clear my browser’s cache?
    1. Google Chrome
      1. Step 1: At the top right-hand corner click the three dots to open the menu bar.
      2. Step 2: Click more tools.
      3. Step 3: Click clear browsing data.
      4. Step 4: Select a time range and make sure the “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files” boxes are checked.
      5. Step 5: Click clear data.
    2. Internet Explorer
      1. Step 1: At the top right-hand corner click the three dots to open the menu bar.
      2. Step 2: Click settings.
      3. Step 3: Go by clear browsing data and click on choose what to clear.
      4. Step 4: Make sure the “Cookies and saved website data” and “Cached data and files” boxes are checked.
      5. Step 5: Click clear.
    3. Firefox
      1. Step 1: At the top right-hand corner click the three dots to open the menu bar.
      2. Step 2: Click Library.
      3. Step 3: Click History.
      4. Step 4: Click clear recent history.
      5. Step 5: Make sure boxes for “Cookies” and Cache” are checked and click clear now.
  5. How do I report a problem with the website?
    1. To report a problem with the website, please fill out your name, email, and a message in the Support Request form.
  6. What devices can be used with Choral Tracks?
    1. Browse and listen across all Android, iOS, Mac, and PC devices.
  7. How many computers and devices can the Membership plans be used on?

  8. Can I stream audio when my device is offline not connected to WiFi or data?
    1. Not at this time.
